Erwin has trained for over 8 years, part of which he was actively competing in powerlifting. Since then, Erwin has built a portfolio of his own clients who are preparing for various competitive sports.

Accumulating knowledge from books, podcasts, and mentorships over the years, Erwin equips himself with the tools he needs to handle a wide spectrum of clients with different needs and backgrounds.

This versatility allows him to also handle clients with tight schedules who want to integrate strength training as part of their lifestyles.
